Travancore is an inner suburb of Melbourne, 5 km north-west of Melbourne’s CBD. Its local government area is the City of Moonee Valley, population of 1,700. Travancore has seen a transformation in recent years following a fire that destroyed the Lombard Paper Factory. This was replaced with residential towers that now flank the suburb on the southern side.
