Q: What qualifications do Buyer’s Agents have?
Each of our agents own multiple properties and are fully licensed Real Estate Agents that have worked for Melbourne’s largest Real Estate Agencies. They are registered with the Business Licensing Authority and are members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
Q: Who uses a Buyers Agent?

Q: Do I have to speak to the selling agent?
We will represent you during each step. Once you have inspected the house and made your decision, we will take care of the rest. You can relax and do something you enjoy!

Q: What is the difference between a buyers agent and a selling agent?
A buyer’s agent works exclusively for the purchaser sourcing property’s that match the buyer’s requirements. Advocates use their knowledge of real estate sourcing and negotiating the best property with favorable settlement conditions.
A selling agent’s responsibility is to act in the best interests of the vendor, to exclusively advertise and sell the vendors property for the highest price to the market place.
