Mark was personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth from the first phone conversation. He gave honest advice that was greatly helpful. In particular, when the section 32 became available and negotiations commenced, we were nervous and worried, but he was really on the ball and helped us along. As days went by, we were more and more glad to have him representing us and giving us sound advice. He helped us to achieve a great result, and took away a lot of the stresses of the situation. Also, we won the property through a boardroom auction, and the results of that auction confirmed that Mark's earlier appraisal of the house value was spot on. We would highly recommend Mark's services to other property purchasers.June 2019 update: Mark was very helpful to us as a buyer’a agent (please see my previous review above). When it came time to renting the house out, i decided to go with Mark instead of a large real estate agency, and hoped for some personal attention: I was not disappointed! Firstly, since the rental property is quite close to where we live, Mark put in extra work to help us get great tenants. The house is quite old and had a few issues in the first year, and Mark got onto those quickly and had them resolved one by one. He also thinks clearly about each issue, and always gives me great advice regarding which repairs were actually quicker and cheaper for me to carry out directly, and which to handball to tradesmen. I would highly recommend Mark’s rental property management services.

Mark was a terrific buyer's advocate. As a first home buyer, I hired Mark as I was very unsure on which suburbs to purchase in and I felt uneasy about the negotiating process.Mark assisted me with exploring the market and problem-solving through some options with regards to which suburbs to buy in. With Mark's help, we ended up settling on Werribee and found a unit that was very well-priced and close to the station and other services. Mark made it his effort to stick with my price limit and range.Mark assisted me with purchasing this property through private sale. Not only did we land the property on the first go, but we also beat a competing offer that was higher than ours by $5,000 by negotiating the conditions of sale in the contract. Mark impressed us from the get-go with his knowledge of the market and friendly, down to earth nature. We had a great experience buying our second investment property with Mark. He spent some time with us to understand our goals and presented options to us each week according to our brief. For properties that interested us, Mark attended the open for inspections and provided a video tour. Mark also bid at auction on our behalf with an agreed budget and game plan. Mark is a very personable, genuine guy and made the whole process as easy as possible. Highly recommended !
