In 1974 Melton was declared as a satellite city, as before this, Melton began out as a small town, however since the 1990s Melton as a Suburb has experienced one of the biggest growth in Australia.

    Mark was able to help us navigate an unprecedented situation within the property market (COVID-19, virtual auctions, inspections by appointment, etc), to ensure that we were ready to take advantage when an opportunity presented itself.
